If you check a consent box on our estimate form, Better Climate Zone LLC may send you text messages at the number you provided. Non-marketing messages include appointment scheduling and reminders, estimate follow-ups and customer care. Marketing messages include seasonal tune-up reminders, promotions and special offers. The two consent choices are separate, and both are optional. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Sharing of information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing. We use trusted service providers, such as our scheduling and messaging software, only to run our business, and they may use your information only to provide those services to us. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
